Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites, including excavation and grading.
- Operate hand and power tools safely, including saws, drills, and levels.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Perform general site maintenance, including debris removal and sweeping.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting 50+ lbs.
- Willingness to work rotating weekends and flexible shifts as required.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and quantities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions quickly.
- Valid ID or driver's license preferred.
