Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Load/unload equipment and materials efficiently
- Complete task documentation and daily progress reports
- Support multiple project sites as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun) in varying weather
- Basic understanding of English communication
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
