Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform general physical labor tasks (digging, lifting, carrying)
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Assist in building structures, foundations, and demolition work
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass basic background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites in KC metro
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
