Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, saws) and light equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout work shifts
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Support various construction tasks including framing, concrete work, and demolition as needed
- Communicate effectively with team leads and crew members
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability for weekend shifts
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
