- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision

- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Support various construction tasks including framing, demolition, and landscaping
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Tampa
