Responsibilities
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites to meet safety standards
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow instructions
- Basic communication skills in English
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
