Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site prep, and cleanup tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards to site supervisors
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Perform general site maintenance and equipment setup/dismantling
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend project milestones
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide paid onboarding training
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and weekend availability (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Greater Boston
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
