Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Hand Tool Operation: Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradesmen.
- Assistance: Support skilled laborers and project managers with various tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly, and report any hazards immediately.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Ideal for entry-level candidates eager to start a career in construction.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for long hours, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
