Job Overview
We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and ready to work. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, supporting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on the job site.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by removing debris and following site protocols.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and early morning shifts.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
