Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including cleaning and debris removal.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials with precision.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on-site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the crew lead and other team members.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No previous construction experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
