Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including mixing concrete, digging trenches, and leveling surfaces.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring debris removal and a safe work environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools correctly and efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and estimating quantities.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
