Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and transport them to work sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and delays.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different job sites and conditions.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
