Responsibilities
- Site Support: Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily on-site tasks.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards (OSHA compliance).
- Equipment Assistance: Operate basic machinery or hand tools under supervision.
- Demolition & Prep: Assist in demolition, excavation, and site preparation activities.
- Communication: Report safety issues or material needs to the foreman immediately.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- No Experience Needed: We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the Tampa worksite.
- Safety Mindset: Basic understanding of safety protocols and willingness to wear PPE.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team and follow verbal instructions.
