Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of construction materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under the supervision of a foreman.
- Perform daily cleanup of work sites to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Support skilled tradespeople with general labor tasks and measurements.
- Transport materials and tools between job sites as needed.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability and willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; training is provided.
