Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation and cleanup tasks per safety standards
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment operation
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and repetitive physical tasks
- Maintain tool inventory and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Document daily progress and complete shift reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or manual labor experience
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
