Responsibilities
- Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining structures using hand/power tools
- Safely load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Operate machinery like forklifts and excavators under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines efficiently
- Identify and report potential hazards or maintenance issues
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) required
- Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented mindset
