Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform cleanup duties and debris removal daily
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- No prior experience required but construction background preferred
