Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction activities and follow blueprints
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal as required
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
