Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic construction duties and site preparation.
- Operate handheld construction tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or manual labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
