Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on construction sites
- Load/unload materials and operate basic hand/power tools
- Maintain clean, safe work environments and follow OSHA guidelines
- Perform site preparation, debris removal, and groundwork tasks
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Complete daily timesheets and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Must be available Saturdays/Sundays (6am-6pm)
