Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities as directed
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and ensure proper storage
- Complete daily time logs and project documentation accurately
- Participate in weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor or site experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be available for Friday-Sunday shifts (4am-4pm)
