Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and demolition
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety protocols (OSHA compliance)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform weather-dependent tasks in all conditions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability (Friday-Sunday shifts, 6am-4pm)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Basic tool knowledge preferred (training available)
- Steel-toe boots and work attire required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
