Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute project specifications accurately
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Support team in achieving daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Miami-Dade County
- Basic understanding of construction terminology preferred but not required
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
