Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on active construction sites, including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following site protocols.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, shoveling, and lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) consistently.
- Follow all safety regulations and communicate any hazards to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
