Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials on-site.
- Operate and maintain power tools and heavy construction equipment safely.
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with crew members and foremen to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
