Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and trade professionals with project tasks
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work sites
- Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup duties
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Complete daily progress reports and time logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience
- Valid O-10 or OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively
- Availability for weekend shifts (6AM-4PM)
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical
