Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Assist carpenters with framing, scaffolding, and formwork
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and debris removal
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and equipment checks
- Read blueprints and verbal instructions accurately
- Support material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- 1+ years commercial construction experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class B CDL or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background/drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading proficiency
- Availability for 8-hour weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
