Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Unload and organize construction materials, tools, and supplies at job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Follow all site safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic ability to read and follow simple instructions.
- Valid government-issued ID (Driver's license preferred but not mandatory).
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Chicago, IL and Florida.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
