Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site operations and material handling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance.
- Unload and organize construction materials and supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or instructions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team setting.
