Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily progress reports for project managers
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive motions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screen
- No prior experience required—training provided
