Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate light machinery (concrete mixers, jackhammers) under supervisor guidance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Assist skilled trades with material delivery and equipment setup
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
- Participate in weekend-only shifts (Sat/Sun, 6AM-4PM)
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool proficiency (hammers, saws, shovels)
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Background check required (felony-friendly for non-violent offenses)
