Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and responsibly
- Follow detailed instructions for construction tasks (concrete, framing, demolition)
- Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Support project timelines by efficiently completing assigned duties
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Report equipment issues or site hazards to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Valid government-issued ID required for onboarding
