Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring safety protocols
- Load/unload materials and equipment using manual labor or machinery
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete and other construction materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with layout measurements and installations
- Maintain clean work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Perform site cleanup and waste disposal duties
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
