Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain equipment and organize materials efficiently
- Complete daily task reports and progress documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Team-oriented mindset with positive attitude
