Responsibilities
- Excavate, trench, and prepare construction sites using manual tools and heavy equipment
- Load/unload materials and operate forklifts, jackhammers, and power saws
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with layout and installation tasks
- Maintain job site safety protocols and clean debris daily
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Operate skid steers and excavators with proper certification
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Background check and drug screen required
- Willingness to work nights/weekends on project deadlines
