Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and project tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for accurate project execution
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and other physically demanding tasks as needed
- Complete daily timecards and maintain organized work areas
- Participate in mandatory safety briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
