Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job site storage areas.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other crew members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
