Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades with layout, measuring, and material handling
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Adapt to project schedules across Virginia Beach and North Carolina
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, levels, saws)
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Willingness to travel between VA/NC job sites
- No prior experience required – training provided
