Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, loading/unloading materials, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material preparation and installation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions accurately
- Complete daily timesheets and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
