Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurement
