Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete daily tasks under supervisor guidance
- Assist with demolition and debris removal
- Participate in team briefings and meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
