Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, demolition, and site preparation
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Adapt to weather conditions and project timelines
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (some equipment operation required)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance policy for tardiness
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to submit to background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily on uneven terrain
