Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with site preparation and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction materials and debris
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and project guidelines
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Must be available for early morning starts (5:30 AM)
- No prior construction experience required
