Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling under supervisor guidance
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (jackhammers, saws, etc.)
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finish carpentry tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness
- Read blueprints and follow construction specifications accurately
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality essential
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
