Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and directing traffic
- Load/unload materials, operate hand/power tools, and maintain equipment
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions efficiently
- Perform site inspections and report hazards or maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Background check and drug screening required
- Must be available for early morning shifts (5:30 AM start)
