Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, equipment operation, and tool management
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise task execution

- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and manual labor tasks as assigned
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety protocols

Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided on hire)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across NYC boroughs
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily reporting
