Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete work, and finishing operations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Load/unload materials and equipment from trucks and storage areas
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Ability to work in all weather conditions at elevated heights
