Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (shovels, saws, drills) and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow strict safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material loading/unloading and equipment setup
- Inspect completed work for quality compliance and report issues to supervisors
- Adapt to changing project schedules and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous tasks for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse team environments
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years construction experience preferred but not required
