Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Assist skilled trades with construction activities per project plans
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Transport materials using equipment like forklifts or wheelbarrels
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge and construction site experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
