Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, concrete work, and finishing
- Maintain job site cleanliness and OSHA compliance standards
- Read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic tool knowledge and maintenance skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
